These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any service you book with Shardul Immaculate Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a property-care service provider based in Pune, Maharashtra. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We offer deep cleaning, pest control, painting, custom window & balcony net manufacturing/installation, and related property-care solutions for homes, offices, societies and commercial spaces. Exact service inclusions, materials and turnaround times are confirmed at the time of site assessment or booking, and may vary by location and property type.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website form, by phone, or over WhatsApp. Please provide accurate contact details, address and service requirements — incorrect information may delay your service. Appointment times are confirmed by our team over call or WhatsApp and may occasionally shift due to weather, traffic, material availability or other factors outside our control; we will inform you as early as possible if this happens.

4. Pricing & Payment

Quotes shared before an on-site visit are estimates. The final price is confirmed after our team assesses the actual site condition, area and materials required, and may differ from an initial estimate. Applicable taxes, if any, are extra unless stated otherwise. Payment mode (cash, UPI or bank transfer) and timing are agreed with you at the time of booking or on completion of the service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a team has already been dispatched or materials specifically arranged for your job, a nominal visit or convenience charge may apply for a last-minute cancellation — we will always inform you of this before it is charged.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clear access to the area being serviced.
• Let us know in advance about fragile items, existing damage, pets, small children, or anyone with allergies or health conditions on the premises.
• Have an adult representative available at the property during the visit, particularly for pest control and painting work.

7. Materials, Chemicals & Safety

Pest control services use standard, label-approved chemicals applied as per manufacturer guidelines. If anyone at the property is pregnant, has respiratory issues, allergies, or if there are pets or small children, please tell us beforehand so our team can plan the visit and any precautions accordingly. Paint brands and material quality used for painting jobs are as agreed with you at the time of booking.

8. Warranty & Liability

We deliver every service with care and to a professional standard. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or damage to items or areas not disclosed to us before work begins. Any specific warranty offered on a service (for example, a pest-control follow-up visit) will be communicated to you separately in writing or over WhatsApp at the time of that job, and is limited to what is stated there.

9. Photos & Testimonials

We may occasionally ask permission to use before/after photos of completed work or customer feedback for our website or marketing. We will only do this with your consent, and you're free to decline.
